Took the interior out of the 73 today. Found some surprises to say the least. There were sheet metal patches not really visible from underneath, lots of silicone type putty. I love the huge fords of the early 70's, thunderbirds and such. It was easy just because its the biggest mustang, and I like the longer hood.

Took a closer at the motor, it doesn't have the 351C. I am guessing its a windsor. I will have to get the code off of the block this weekend and see. Bummer! I should have caught that when I looked at it. * Windsor for sure. I still have to get under for the date code though.

I am not even sure the gauges are functional, since there is another set of gauges under the glove box. The seats were a dead giveaway since the previous owner put them in on the wrong sides! I still haven't gotten to look at it closer due to being sick. I hope to check it out a little more next...
