That makes sense to me being that that hole is closer to the front of the vehicle but my pcv is currently on the wrong side then so i have some changing to do then i guess... Thanks for the help...
Ok... I cant tell on the picture... Which side is for filling and which is for pcv??... And do i need to buy a plug for the oil fill hole??... Right??...
It actually had a new one still in there so i think your right... It had been replaced... I have cleaned everything and now gotten it ready to go back together... It looks much better... But now entales my very dumn question im embarrassed to ask but have to know... Where do i fill the oil...
Ok guys... well i lifted the engine by taking out the motor mount bolts from the frame and loosening the tranny mount bolts... lifted it with a floor jack from the bottom of the oil pan... i cut some 1x4's to fit in between the motor mounts and the frame to set the engine back down on and took...
Thats exactly what it is... and the motor mounts mount two bolts on each side of it... so i thought maybe that was the problem but when i clean away some dirty oil and grease there were the spot welds... any other mods that you guys could fill me in on that i could also do to the mustang??... im...
thas what i figured... because when i took out the bolts i took another look and it does have the spot welds... what is the best way to raise th engine??... what do i need to disconnect or do i need to disconnect anything??...
ok...that helps... now i just gota figure out how to get tha dirty cross member out... i gt te bolts out but it still seems like its welded in or something... and its so dirty i cant see where it starts and ends... makes me feel like its a 72 or 73 lol...
im trying to find a manual for my mustang grande coupe cause im trying to do a oil pan gasket and it really needs the pan removed and cleaned out cause it has been sitting for over a year??... and ther is a cross member in he way of removng it and i dont know what else i can do??... surely ford...
