Thank you, the VIN of my fathers car was 1F05F157809. It was sold to a family in 1972 with almost the same name as ours with just a middle letter being different, both sons had the same first name as my brother and me and they lived around the corner. Almost same age btw. Just by coincidence...

Not really a Newbie...since my dad owned a red 71 Mach 1 302 in 1971, which I remember mostly from cleaning the rear lenses and the spoiler for some pocket money, but also driving up at the cinemas when Diamond forever was screened. My dad enjoyed pumping the pedal..o.k..it was a 302 automatic...
