I contacted TMI a few years ago and they had no clue about my factory interior with grey and white stripes. The problem using the original frames is Ford designed them too upright. There was a marketing reason like rear room dimensions or something. They need to lean back at least a notch. If I do another restoration, I'm looking onto modifying the frame and extra padding, but still have to look...

I've seen a 72 and 73 Q code, but not a 71. Not sure what year you were referencing. Is your C code one of those with loads of options? What about J codes?
