    The cam isn't in a 351c so it's not really a monster.Its in a 521.I really want to think it's the booster but it holds vacuum.

    Booster seems to be holding.Brakes worked fine before I changed engine,new flex lines front and rear.Didnt change calipers because they looked good but they are unknown.Changed master cylinder all rotors and drums were turned.New pads and shoes.Rear wheel cylinders appeared to be new.Rear brakes...

    I posted awhile back about my brake issues.Thought it was a vacuum issue due to a large cam.Finally got the vacuum pump on and things didn't change.I have 2 man bled,vacuum bled,gravity bled and pressure bled,no improvement .Pedal feel is good just don't seem to make enough  pressure.

    Carb spacer shape

    Spacers can kinda be a black art,what works for one engine doesn't work for another.I doubt you will feel much difference with it just being a 1/2 spacer....but.If it's just a mild street engine I'd wager the 4 hole spacer might have a little better "feel".I run a combo spacer on mine 4 hole...

    Cheap,easy,reliable,looks like it belongs there.Ford Duraspark all day long.As far as them not being "high performance"....They are more than capable of anything you are going to do with a street engine.

    Why would you feel weird putting a Windsor in one?Didn't they come with 302's in them?This whole LS swap thing is just like every street rod having a SBC in it,monkey see monkey do or sheep following the herd.If cost is such a big concern wouldn't it be cheaper to just buy an LS equipped camaro...

    They do look good.Mine are just the plain ones.Im getting ready to go to the taller Ford Racing ones when I change cams.I won't have enough room for the springs I'll need for more cam.

    I was asking because those valve covers don't work real great with SCJ-A heads and roller rockers.Even have to be careful with valve spring selection.I had to use the Comp Ultra Pro Magnum rockers,had to clearance in the bottom corners,flatten the baffles and use the double stacked fel pro gasket.

    "Skinnies"

    The Pro Stars are what I have been looking at.Been keeping an eye on craigslist for some used ones.Im hoping they will lower the the rolling resistance and help make it run straighter as well as the weight savings.
