    Build your own vacuum canister...

That was also suggested on FB. I did order a check valve. But I won't be driving in the cold, I just wanted to get the heater control to work.

    Build your own vacuum canister...

Warning. Old cheap fart at it again... All the AC stuff was gone under the hood when I bought my 72 vert. For some reason they also removed the vacuum can for the heater control to work. I have been waiting for 2 guys that said they might have one, but it seems, guys don't want to sell the...

aftermarket center bezel mods and blower motor replace

It is so much harder thee days to get the right parts. The kids just don't have the background, only "the book". Your car is a beauty!

    First "top down" drive...

Got the car November 10th. Yesterday was the first time the car has been safe enough to drive. So of course, it had to be to Baskin Robins!

Is there a source for the AC heater control cable?

The 69-70 is a visual match from NPD. I'm sure one could make it work if it was on the long side.

aftermarket center bezel mods and blower motor replace

I like to do videos of repairing/replacing stuff on my mustangs. Especially if I couldn't find any vids up already. So here is the center console bezel removal without breaking it instructions, (hopefully) what mods needs to be done to the aftermarket center bezel, so you don't break it too. And...

    Putting in a new bumpstick...

I can't remember (too long ago) can you reseal the front cover to the pan after removing the cover? Or does the pan need to come off for full gaskets?

What did you do to your car today?

The blower motor replacement ordeal is over! What a pain. I finally figured out how everything went back together and got the new center console woodgrain bezel installed. It matches the door inserts and goes well with the rest of the black dash. I like it!

    RUST OLEUM...UGG

I have been using 2x since it came out, on all sorts of stuff. Never had a problem. Even did the stripes on my 2012.

What did you do to your car today?

I finally got the traction bars installed. (For nostalgia purposes) There was no way to shim them up to the 1/4-1/2" from the leaf eye, as they were a good 2"s away. So I pie-cut the bars and angled up the fronts, then welded.

What did you do today instead of working on your Mustang?

Today was a bad day! I was taking my 72 vert. down the street to my friend that runs a small auto repair shop out of his house. For those if you that missed the story, I ended up with the "price is right" 50th anniversary give away car. She looks good outside, but underneath was a disaster! So...

What did you do today instead of working on your Mustang?

With all that needs to be done on the 72 vert, and a complete bodywork, paint and total engine rebuild on my 94 cobra, I don't have time for much else! throw in a lost month with that "virus" thingy, I am running a bit slow, and I'm behind in stuff needin done. What I have been doing, is...
