    Chip Foose

I'm a huge Chip Foose fan but I got to say I don't like the Mach Foose at all! While the workmanship is very good I think he totally missed the mark with the design. On the other hand, the approach the Ring Brothers took with a "musclecar" was dead on, and would have gone so well with a...

    November Mustang Times

Congrats. Nice work. Another 1971-73 mustang article that references its size though, when there have been far bigger muscle cars and even heavier Mustangs manufactured.

    Best heads for 302

Out of curiosity, what about an E7 head is better than the original 1971 302 heads? I kept my D0OE heads from my '71 302 and worked them. I didn't see any reason to go to an E7 considering they had larger chambers than mine and a different style rockerarm mount design.

    351C vs 429

Nice, like the engine bay was made for it!

    351C vs 429

351Cs are good, but if given the choice, I'll go with the big inch 385 series engines.

    What's your favorite Grabber color?

It's a tie for me, I'd take green or lime.

    Aftermarket Wheels Thread?

I stumbled on a pic of grey met. Boss 338 wheels on an actual '71 Mustang, really nice. Good mix of old school and modern. Love a deep dish look too!

    LS swap?

Pushrod Ford....yes. Even coyote/roadrunner...ok LS?....no way for me.

    Vintage Car and Driver article

Not surprising. As many of us know, our beloved '71-'73 Mustangs were not respected for many years. Only fairly recently has that changed.....somewhat. I've liked these Mustangs from day one. I'll never forget the first time I saw one and thinking "I've got to have this car!" I thought it was...

    Aftermarket Wheels Thread?

Haven't seen this one before. Looks good on a '71-'73. Both retro and modern. Any more pics? What backspacing did you go with front and rear?

    Gateway Classic Mustangs 1971 restomod

Coyote engines are cool no doubt but I just don't think they're right for 71-73s......maybe it's just me. Nice car though for sure and I bet the late model engine draws a lot of attention.

    Gateway Classic Mustangs 1971 restomod

Was watching the 1st Detailer's Cup Award competition on Velocity channel and saw a blue 1971 among the crowd. I believe it belongs to Gateway Classic Mustangs. Coyote swapped fastback. Seen those wheels before and they're starting to grow on me. I like the mix of classic and modern.

    Cleveland contemplation....

Not as much of a Cleveland fan as I used to be. They are great engines with great potential and look like a bigblock, but their short production run (Modifieds and 400s not included) coupled with the increased cost in price vs the 302W lessened my desire to build one. The fact that I could...

Announcing the newest 1973 Mustang on the road today

Blackout treatment on sides and fenders really bring out the lines of the car. 14 second e.t.s to boot is cool too! Good job :)

    What Mufflers to purchase

I've run Flowmaster 40s for many years as I've been a fan of the Flowmaster sound and they've lasted extremely well. However, I recently installed a set of Jones 'Full Boar' single chamber mufflers and so far, like them a lot. They are very aggressive/loud, but considering the car gets driven...
