My 1971 Mach 1 429 SCJ is almost done. It is up and running and only lacks a front grille and argent stripes and hood treatment.

1971 Mach 1, 429 SCJ, Grabber Blue; began as a totally disassembled shell, sans glass, interior, etc. Shell taken down to bare metal; Base coat clear coat; Motor rebuilt, tranny rebuilt, drive train (3.91 Drag Pack rebuilt) almost finished; needs a front grille, argent stripes, and rear spoiler...

Looks soooo nice. Well done! Can't wait to see a Grabber Lime 429 finished.

My 429 SCJ is complete and installed, though I could not find the right 780 Holley for a decent price.  So, I installed a 750 instead. Thought a picture of the roller rockers would be appealing to those considering a rebuild.  Motor, tranny, and drive-train is all installed.  delete...

A Cross-Road Epitaph Amy Levy Project started out with a empty shell and what seemed like 1000's of scattered parts. 429 SCJ rebuilt, rebuilt C-6, rebuilt 3.91 Drag Pack; every nut and bolt replaced.

Super sweet looking Pony. Paint looks beautiful, accented by the dog dish hub caps. Well done. All the desirable features too, M Code, 4 speed, and color. Love to see the engine bay and interior too.

Sounds like the motor may have earned a new name for itself: The Spider or The Black Widow!!!
