If seller is unwilling to pull a fender off and show a matching VIN then I would walk if price is top dollar. My 72 Spring and 72 Mexican car both had the seat belt light above glove box. Getting some engine casting dates would also be helpful

O'Fallon. I took my frame completely apart and refinished it. I used a few plastic bushings from another frame. Like most on here I am happy to share what I know (or think I know). My vert is not driveable yet but my other cars are. If you ever get up around here feel free to reach out!

I found the link. You will want to open the Illustrations folder and download the individual section you are interested in OR download the 138MB FP-7635 file. I had downloaded a single file for the text document as well but I could not find it here (although I do have it but it is 369MB)...

The MPC are available as a free download. I do not have the link... sorry 😔. It can take a bit to figure out but it has provided me part numbers for things not shown in the repro assy manuals....or perhaps I just couldn't find them in there.

A Sprint is my list. A coupe was my 2nd car back around 1986. But I also have a long list of wants. I have plenty to do on what I have. Gratz on a job very well done!

I do not understand what might be different from 72 to 73. I only have a 71 vert. I also parted out a very early 71 vert as well. The plates are the same.

Here is a pic of the two different std and deluxe types. There is another redesign that features little retention tabs. West Coast Classic Cougars also has pics of the various types. There are 2 redesigns of the handles and they are mirror parts from rh to lh. Be sure you get the correct ones.

Yes. You will also need to change your inside door release mechanism. The deluxe ones have a little plate welded on for the different handle.

I bought one of these for my 71 vert. Not installed yet. I also dunno why the listing is only up to 72. It seems to be very high quality. I bought pypes 3 inch to 2.5 inch. I really am going to need 3 inch all the way but not sure how easily it can be done. I do not have staggered shocks...
