So sorry for your loss David. It doesn't follow the natural order of things for one of your children to pass before you.

Mike, It comes to the ignition switch mounted on top of the steering column. FYI, the wiring diagrams are on this site, under the Data tab on top of the page. Curtis

help no power in run or accessory

Does the car have a factory tach / tach harness and the tach is unplugged??? The factory tachometer interrupts the voltage and senses current to run the tach. You can "jump" the connector to start the engine with the tach not connected . It's the same red/green wire inside the dash. HTH, Curtis

Found this on Facebook, wth is this thing lol

For the right price, it's still a 65-66 fastback underneath. I'd buy it for the right price and pull all the crap off and build it right.

    1973 Mustang

That right side under floor shot shows extensive rust! The right side rear torque box is ready to rip out of the floor. 1 good launch (if the engine can manage it) will rip the spring away from the frame. It has a 302 sticker on the air cleaner but has 351C heads and valve covers.

    Found & Abandoned, Possibly Stolen

Ouch! Looks like it was run into a cable fence on the right rear. The cable won that battle. Hope the owner is found so they can at least have their car back.

    No electrical power

Check your fusible links at the starter solenoid. The main harness ring terminals first 6 inches or so of wire are the fusible links that can break internally if shorted. I'm certain that's your issue if your battery and cables are good and ground is good..

the curse of the blown transmissions strikes again

Probably one of the quickie trans shops like aamco or similar. I've sat in training clinics with their techs and they admit they just change out the bad parts and send it back out the door with silver paint. The chance of it failing again in their warranty period being low so it's worth the risk...

    73 Q Code Cam Retarded 4 degrees?

If the gears are the same then why does every supplier have different part numbers specific to the 73 retarded cam timing and the straight up 70-72 cam timing gear? Pull both gears off the shelf and compare them. You'll see the timing difference in the cam gear for 1973.

    73 Q Code Cam Retarded 4 degrees?

Actually the retard is in the timing set. If you compare earlier sets to the 1973 set, you can see the difference side by side. I installed a set specified for 1970 in my 73 Cleveland when we rebuilt the engine and it runs great. We checked everything with a degree wheel to make sure the...

    Nice 73 on craigs list

Power windows is nice option too. However looking at left front photo it appears the front fender lower has rust in front of the door.above the rocker trim. The blue piping is noce, different, but nice. Obviously with the MSD as mentioned it can't have functional ram air. Overall not a bad...
