I finally received a NOS warning light switch and now It's always on but when I brake it goes off....no leakage and the four wheels are braking...any idea ?? Anyway thank you !

Indeed before changing the proportioning valve I am waiting for a NOS switch that I found on eBay. I hope that's the problem! I don't know if I bought on NPD or elsewhere but one thing is certain: it's Chinese...to be continued! THANKS !

I finally think i will redo my original proportioning valve with the kit and the screw tool necessary i yet ordered for avoiding that the piston move during the next bleeding ! Thank you all !(y)

Hi all, today a new problem : I have just changed the proportioning valve and I have the brake light which stays on all the time even though I have brakes on all 4 wheels, the new oil level in the master cylinder and no leaks...I am worried because I read somewhere that the brakes could lock up...

I would add that I was able to change the switch without removing either the dashboard or the face of the gauges. The 2 screws that hold it are accessible from below provided you remove the passenger seat and can lie on your back with a good lamp !!

It's okay the problem has been solved by removing the A/C switch and changed it by another one. The suction is good now and the A/C only starts when i put the switch on A/C. Thnak you all for your help !!

That's what i'm thinking also while I already found a torn and repaired hose with a fitting and there might be another one ??? but then it would be under the dashboard...I'll look into that. The diagrams for what i can see seems to be okay on my car and this morning I noticed by looking under...

Finally i found one used but good condtion on E-bay. The difficulty is because this part is on ly for air conditioning cars and it is not fabricated !  Anyway thank you all for your fast and great help :thumb:
