    Stroke of luck (Hopefully)

I have had a few bad experiences with Sanderson headers and would not recommend them to anyone. Stick with something proven as HemiKiller has suggested. His experience speaks for itself... Go with the Hookers. Thanks, Jay

He had the McIntosh equipment until he replaced it in the early 90's. I remember going up to Binghamton, NY to the factory...

    Electrinic Ignition options

Cribbs, I have ran the Unilite distributors for many years. There was a time that all replacement modules were being made in some foreign land with questionable quality and I believe that quality issue has been resolved. I have had a couple go bad in the 20 plus years and still currently running...

Interior color change winter project - neat surprise

I also changed the interior to white, but mine was a beautiful shade of avocado. I carefully prepared and prepped all parts, ie rear plastics, window trim, seat backs and door pulls with SEM products. Initially it all looked great and all colors pretty much matched. Now after 4+ years of use I...

    Exhaust bolt help needed, please!

I agree with Hemi Killer that the Oxy/Acetylene torch is the way to go. I would suggest using a small welding tip in lieu of a much larger typical cutting torch. The welding tip has a much smaller flame that is more manageable in an under car application. Please don't forget to have a fire...

    Poor Man's Transmission Jack.

Some of us are too old to be bench pressing top loaders anymore... I use large tie wraps to secure trans to cradle. I also made a double thick plywood template that bolted on the front flange of the trans to rest it on the exhaust H pipe so I didn't have to take it out from under the car while...
