    Unfortunately, it seems a little alarming that the shop that completed the "rebuild" did not fire up the engine or wanted to be involved. With the current issues with oils, additives, etc with cam and lifters especially, I hope your motor was broken in properly....... Thanks, Jay

    351c to 429/460 power steering bracket help

    Bowtie, I was able to obtain a set of P/S brackets & pulleys from a late 70's pick up with a 460 for my installation. This set up bolted right up and I used the original 351C pump. Thanks, Jay

    Tough Week here at home

    suggestions for garage heater

    Guys, I have a COZY brand gas fired thru the wall direct vent heater from Grainger. It runs off a 40lb propane tank and is wonderful with no issues for 15 plus years. I would recommend to anyone...... Thanks, Jay

    Need advice on moving the car

    Two items: 1) Scrap the 6 cyl for a 302 or 351 in a hurry. The six will cost a ton to rebuild and you will not be satisfied with it. 2) As suggested above also, I used 3" channel iron with 8" hard rubber tires, steering type from Harbor Freight for the front.
