Where can I acess the hazards flasher

I ordered led replacement bulbs for my turn signals and I replaced the flasher as well with compatible led flasher. The running lights come on in the back and when I put blinker on its steady. Also the orange lights don't come on in front until I put blinker on and it's only steady as well...

Both I had all the glass out put up my refinished rain gutters and door metal new weather strip now I got to get everything lined up

I just put in my original roof rails and weather strip the windows were taken out and put back in is there an adjustment to get the window to line up correctltly with the new gasket it seems to be off
