Yes, fan is fixed, not clutch. Not on backwards and has 6 blades instead of original 5.

This is a newbie question...is it bad for the fan to be able to be hand rotated in both directions (when the engine is not running of course!). Is that an indicator of a loose fan belt, or some other problem? I replaced fan blade and now noticed the normal engine temp is at least 20 degrees...

That's my understanding as well. If the spoiler is pointed up it will create low pressure underneath and create lift like an airplane. The opposite effect of using it to hold down the rear end..thanks to the posters of the articles and videos. Very informative

Ok thanks jbojo. I will have to mount it vertically to clear the hood latch..and put some more spacing between it and the condenser. Not sure what I will use for the spacing yet.
