    @vintageman Ok great, I am about to get started on this using the Lares 201 as well. Did you just remove the 4 bolts under the dash to drop the steering column, and do the switch of the Rag joint through the hood vs. getting under the car? Just want to make sure I attack it the right way...

After you removed the 4 bolts to lower the steering column, did you remove the old Rag from the top though the engine bay, or did you get under the car?     Hey @vintageman -- When you replaced the Rag joint did you have the steering box still in the car? I am pretty sure mine is the cause of a leak at the steering box and would like to replace the joint without removing everything. Let me know when you get a chance!
