    Original paint or not

I’m trying to determine if my 73 convertible has the original paint. I used a paint thickness meter and I’m getting readings of approx 7ml on all the panels and doors. That seems thick. For example, I used the same meter on my 2023 Mazda and got 3-4ml. Any thoughts?

    Speedometer repair

I just removed the speedo from my 73 convertible. Can anybody suggest a reputable place to repair it. I live in Massachusetts. Also, I’m assuming when they repair it they won’t need to alter the odometer, correct? Thanks is everyone, Pat

Help. I began to replace the front shocks on my '73 convertible. But I can't figure out how to get to the inner bolt on the bottom of the shock. Any suggestions? I was hoping to have this done by this afternoon...nothing ever goes as planned! Thanks

    New '73 Convertable

Well...at least it's new to me. I recently purchased a 1973, Light Gold convertible with 35k original miles. The first car I learned to drive was my mom's 1972 Mustang Grande so this brings back memories. In fact, I have the original dealer invoice for the convertible and it was sold at the...
