71 Mach 1 paint color choice help

White is everywhere...and some might consider boring. Blue is bold and your project deserves to stand out. So between the two...id go w blue/argent. With that said, im a green guy. Have a 73 fastback and it has that green 70's interior (complete w shag like rug). Looks like Elvis' jungle...

    Mach 1 project...value?

She got married and they had a big family. (Couldnt fit all the kids in the car so they bought a bigger vehicle.) Since it was her first car, she was attached and decided not to trade it in at the time.

    Mach 1 project...value?

Thank you all for the input. I really like the idea of just leaving the patina and making it road worthy. However, there is a fine line is seeing patina as beauty or as junk. This one, in the current stage, would lean away from beauty im afraid for most. Need to further assess.

Thank you so much. That's what i was hoping to hear. How many 1 owner 69 mach 1 mustangs are still out there? Cant be many. That has to account for something. And she LOVED this car as anyone can tell talking w her. Just life got messy and she wasnt able to garage it. My plan was actually to...

Personally, my love is the 73 Mach 1 in my garage, but im trying to get an idea on value of a 1969 Mach in order to help a friend sell her mother's car. (A gift bought off the show room floor after graduating college in 69'.) Its in rough shape sitting under a tarp for 35 yrs, but it still a 1...

Ugh, I hope not to offend anyone with this statement, but I don't like the new GT500. My love for Mustang stops at 1973. And typo correction above.... the luggage rack info/tips/pan is on on Page 1 of the letter.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I think The Henry Ford idea is fantastic and have contacted them today. You got me thinking that maybe some Ford dealer would like to have it as a display. There is a LandRover dealer locally that has a classic in the showroom and I think that gets more attention...

1973 Vert, 5,872 Miles Loaded Original!!

I suppose that since Ford announced that the 73 was to be the "last" year of convertibles, that many people had the same idea....buy 73's and just hold them like stock to later mature. However, as you mention, why take these original cars and modify is beyond me. As far as oil, I have the oil...
