Scubaman, you can ask your local bodyshops who they send bumpers to. Back when most cars HAD chrome bumpers, it was common for bodyshops working on a car which had been in an accident, to send their bent-up bumpers to a shop for straightening and re-chroming.Most of those shops would pick-up, and deliver.  With newer cars, this practice isn't as common, but there are still places who do it.
