David, most name brand carb kits, including Motorcraft, usually only include the carb to egr spacer gasket. On your car the thick (almost cardboard like) gasket is the carb to egr spacer gasket. ( D3ZZ-9447-B, ID# D3ZE-9C477-AB, Motorcraft CG-364)
