Still have not received any response from them. I sent my original email Thursday night and also called and spoke to someone. I sent a follow up email Friday night. I know they are 12-13 hours ahead, so this evening should be Monday morning for them. Hopefully I will hear something by Monday...

I do have a magnetic drain plug, probably not that strong though. I may stick a neodymium magnet on the bottom of the pan near the drain plug to "help" it get near the drain hole.

I had sent it back once to have a steel gear put on. When I spoke to them on the phone, according to them, they use a "jig" to make sure tolerances are within spec. I already did grind down the rotor, and all seems good at this time.
