Looks right to me, as a stock application. They were gray from Ford.

I’ve removed mine by simply removing the front stabilizer bar first. A couple of bolts, drop the bar and pull the pan out through the front.

I’ve dealt with this problem. My fix was to read up on the correct way to mount the window panes and regulators into the door or body. Mine did the same thing yours are doing, and if you were outside of the car with windows up and pushed inward on the top of the window, mine would actually move...
