    Windlace help

I made the same mistake. Actually used some of it to fill the gap between the package tray and the rear window. Turned out pretty good. Looks finished.

Did I Ruin My Ram Air Hood Springs?

Just replaced mine using a seat belt. Worked well, but you do have to put some muscle behind it.

    Intake / Valley Pan Leak

Plus one to stanglover install tips! I will say, I’ve had better luck following the FelPro directions for the valley pan. I’ve changed at least 5-6 cleveland intakes over the years, and the only time I had an issue is when I used sealant instead of the rubber seals provided. Developed an oil...

Wiring Cleanup - Ignition Box, EFI etc - Where to route cables?

I like this idea. The radiator support is not very flat behind the headlight ... has raised contours. How did you get around that when mounting the MSD? I do notice the headlight box, itself, is very flat on the bottom and wondered about that spot.

    71-73 Mustang Parts

It's possible. They are very clean. One definitely is because it has a sticker. The story is, I bought my '71 Fastback and it came with a cargo van full of parts the guy had assembled over the years. For example, the rear valance on the car and two extras. Now that the restoration is done, I...

The car had black interior, PS, PB, AC, no tach. Note: the AC parts were not original to this car, so unsure what year.

    Pertronix and Factory Tach

All, sorry this is so delayed. Didn’t have the topic set up to notify. Yes, this setup is still working fine. Granted, I haven’t put a lot of miles on yet. But it’s never failed to start, and I’ve taken a few 50 mile round trips with no ignition issues.

    71 Dash Pad Install

Thank for all the input.  Here's what I ended up doing after seeing your posts and pics ... Since the middle screw on each side of the dash had the large rectangle hole above it in the pad flange, I left those speed nuts down on the dash to still secure the center of each dash trim piece.  For...
