@hemikiller Well, I still need to remove the cover plate that covers the hole where the booster goes thru. I suppose I could break out the sawzall and just hack the hole bigger.

ok, I was looking thru some other pictures and I think I have found the problem. It looks like the rearward part of the bracket is bolted in to the dash. Im going to have to get some better pictures of that area and see what else I need to do. I hope its not going to be impossible to get to...

We finally got the master off and the 2 studs off that hold the brake pedal bracket on. One stud came off with the lock nut that was on it. The other stud wasnt so lucky. The nut came off leaving the stud in place. I ended up having to get 2 skinny nuts and tighten them against each other...

I'm doing this project this weekend. I suppose what I will do is cut the main gasket, then cut pieces to fit that space till its 1 layer thicker than the space. Then glue them to the main gasket and it shouldnt leak, as long as all the gasket gets compressed after the bolts are tight. It...

There are no line clearance issues at all. With the calipers mounted on the front side of the rotor, both ends of the caliper line are in front of all the suspension. Forgive my bent up lines, but it was unavoidable. I am going to replace them with disc lines eventually.

@vintageman I don't think they are going to reply. Its been well over a week. So I took them off and put them back on correctly.

Or you could convert the front brakes to disc.

Brake switch is out, master disconnected from the pedal. Ran out of daylight. I also got the x brace off the drivers side. Now I have clear access to the master cylinder. Since it will be dark when I get home now, we will pick back up next weekend with the brake pedal and booster/master install.

Almost done with the wheel part. Calipers are pointing the correct direction now.

Were back on the project this weekend. We made some decent progress yesterday. We took off the whole passenger side and got it back on correctly. All buttoned up on that side now. Then we cleaned on the passenger side for an hour scrubbing. Then we ran out of daylight. So back on it...

Well hopefully this thread helps you out some. I love the kit, one of the best I've seen.

I went ahead and ordered a new hardware kit for the caliper brackets. I dont know if their lock nuts are 1 time use or not, but I ordered a new bolt kit anyway. That sucks that I have to re-do it all, but hopefully wilwood will correct their instructions so others wont make the same mistake.

I emailed wilwood and told them about this. Hopefully I will get a reply soon. Last question took 3 days to get a reply. They must only have 1 guy answering email.
