    Gas Smell

Did it match the condition code? Have you tried to contact their customer service? I’ve had good success with used parts on eBay. Many will ship internationally. Pics are usually of the exact part being sold...

    Exhaust

I took mine to S-n-S Muffler in Kemah Tx. The old dude is a one man operation. He ordered my Flowmaster mufflers and stainless steel exhaust tips and bent me a beautiful 2.5 inch H pipe system. His work helped many a show car win competitions.

    Looking for 351 Cooling Improvements.

I installed two puller fans with shroud and two pusher fans. Four fans and still wouldnt cool. Those 3 and 4 core radiators are just a gimick.

    Looking for 351 Cooling Improvements.

I've never seen any corrosion due to the radiator cap no matter how many miles. Maybe for bare aluminum radiators? Very strange looking...

    Looking for 351 Cooling Improvements.

Agreed! Many years ago, I was trying to keep my poor 1975 Ford Granada running. I was in line at Chief Auto Parts waiting to exchange the third carburetor under warranty. I was listening in on a conversation a couple of guys were having about ones early 80s Mustang that was continuously...

    Hello from the old world.

Big Howdee and Wilkommen from Texas!......again! Very nice work! I can see that its going to be better than new when your done. What engine are you going to install? Any special performance parts? Are you going to use an old OEM blower motor for your A/C unit or will you be installing new?

    Looking for 351 Cooling Improvements.

If you want to run cooler, get a reproduction radiator from Summit Racing or reinstall you old OEM radiator if you still have it and it is in good condition. I found out in a $900 fiasco, that the modern aluminum radiator with additional cores with the best electrical fans do not move enough...

Holly Sniper EFI issues or NOT?

To simplify things, myself with my 72 and my friend with his 67 Stang both have Snipers. We both eventually changed out the oem distributor to Holley distributors. I used the dual sync distributor that is a no brained to install and my 351C runs great. My friend installed a Holley Hyperspark...

    NEW GUY HERE

I had no issues with the Sniper. A friend of mine had issues with his. It was some sort of RF interference that shut down the Sniper. Left him stranded twice. Then he realized that after much trial and error that it was his Pertronix ignitor inthe OE distributor that was causing all his...

351C 4V Spreadbore intake vs Squarebore intake

Are you interested in OEM period correct parts? eBay has a Buddy Bar Boss 351 spreadbore intake (aluminum) for $1600. That should give your wife a good fit! Also the Autolite 4300D when its available will run you about $1000.....another wife beater! The 4300D had issues back in the day but...

Correct sequence of V-belts with AC

The only problem with going new is that the new product is usually a repro from China and they're generally out of spec to some degree. The older part is a guaranteed fit. If the old OEM coil doesnt work, a new repro coil might be a no brainer.

    NEW GUY HERE

    NEW GUY HERE

Looks like the interior could use a good cleaning. Get some cleaner that will kill the mold as I see there is a lot of it there. Please be careful and wear a respirator with filter cartriges (NOT a face mask like for dust), gloves and goggles as mold cleaning is dangerous. You might consider...

Correct sequence of V-belts with AC

You can utilized used clutch and coil from ebay. I've found it a good source of new and used parts. It can be cleaned/sand blasted to new appearance. CarID has a new setup as well but more expensive...

    351 C OIL PAN REPLACEMENT

I installed a Canton Racing 7 quart pan on my 393 Stroker Cleveland. it has a squared off sump but it fits without any problems. You would need to get the pickup tube as well. Its a bit pricey but I've had zero problems with it.

    Hi everybody.

Another big Howdee from Tejas! Mighty fine ride you have there. Red is a very good color for stangs like ours. If your were in Texas, I’m sure it wouldn’t be long before you’d have a cold A/C unit installed!!!

    Worth keeping old parts?

Keep everything. Sometimes the newer parts are wrong or do not last or maybe cause problems in the future and you would need to reinstall the old parts. My 1972 had 1973 engine mounts. The 73 engine mounts were flanged and were in the way when I had my Sanderson headers installed....there was...
