Welcome! Very nice Mustang. It is of course hard to really tell from a photograph but zooming in, the base of the spoiler pedestals do not look too far off from where they are supposed to be. Maybe changing the pedestals would put the spoiler closer to factory without messing with the truck lid...

I would find a body shop with a frame machine. They could tell you how far things are out of whack and pull it back to specifications. If a frame rail (or other structural component) is fatigued, reproductions are available and the shop could do the replacement for you. If they can stay away...

I wouldn't just tell them to replace the outer tie-rods and align it. Have them check it out and find what it needs just in case there is also a ball joint or something that didn't get caught at the last place. Then they need to let you know so you can authorize the repair. You would hate to...
