Well I was thinking of installing them and now with more reason. I saw this video, does not seem too difficult except the scary part of drilling the big holes in the hood. Who has done this? Easy, hard?
oh crap, we were supposed to read directions??? I replaced all my ac from firewall forward, ran the lines behind the carb to the driver side to be a little neater. Works for me but is there a reason why they should perhaps not be there?
or, because your inserts already are formed to fit correctly, just drill like a zillion holes in them. OR get a functional ram air system and install a electric vacuum switch so you can open and close flappers at will.
I think the expansion valve of our ac system is not to be wrapped with the tape that other years use, is that correct? I just want to do all I can to make sure I am getting as much cooling efficiency that I can.
no, no spray it just pops up a tad. Leak down test??? Valve cover baffling is in the inside of the cover, correct? All else should be clear. Will put in a new PCV valve first off.
I used a 9v battery to test all my led bulbs before putting them in. Mount them in the holder then test with a 9v battery. If not lighting up, pull and reverse the bulb and test again.
Thinking of getting sequential tail lights for my '72. I see there are several possibilities. Experiences with which are best? And I do not want modern looking lens like the above ones. That is the same that I had in my 2014 Mustang which I just sold.
This one looks sweet as it uses all 3...
Great looking car, do you still have the stock gears (what are they). The 3.73 Ford racing set up woke my car up. 6th gear is no longer a foot dragger.
