    Faint flickering in all lights

Thanks RON...can you suggest where to acquire the solid state version (I hear not Scott Drake)...my mustang does have functioning factory a/c so I believe I have to get a voltage regulator specific for that application. Thanks

    Faint flickering in all lights

Thanks...it currently has a voltage regulator that is painted (by the manufacturer) gray in color not the original light or dark blue (D2TF-10316-AA), and my car is factory equipped with a/c, so I will have to get the right one for a/c and electronic circuitry

    Faint flickering in all lights

This slight flickering in all visible lights doesn’t affect charging, driving...noticeable in footwell lights when headlights are not on, alternator is fairly new, headlight switch is a new replacement, so I’m wondering if it could just be the voltage regulator needing to be replaced. Dash: replacing old lamps with LEDs

I left the blue domes also in the cluster housing and the end result with the white LEDs I felt was perfect...not white but almost white with soft blue tone, and totally dimmable...got lucky with the results.

I will add pictures after some tweaking in the spring...unfortunately winter’s coming and when I lived in Florida it was car show every week, as well as two big gatherings in Daytona at the speedway, now back in Michigan ? , beautiful but bedtime for the Mustang.

    wheeler dealers

I can guess where some of the '72 grille upgrades came from, a number of sources, but the lowering springs looked like a good fit...where do you think was the supplier for them, no reference in the credits, but I might want to do those on my '73. They made the grille change awfully easy looking...

    LEDs for dash

Thanks for quick info...I can now make sure I have correct LEDs to do it all...seems like many members like Hi-po parts LEDs as a supplier choice, unless you have another opinion, all are welcome...fmjcraig
