Electric Fan(s) and Fuel Pump Recommendations

I did a walbro 255 lph in tank electric fuel pump from Tanks Inc. I also purchased their roll over valve and inline fuel filter. I liked the pump in the tank because they claim it's quieter and runs cooler since it's submerged in fuel. Install was easy. I had to take a 4" holesaw and cut the top...

    Bearing kit for clutch pedal

I used the Scott Drake kit as well. I had to find the best position for the shaft and bearings. Once I found that sweet spot in the bracket, I tack welded it in place. Then fitted it again to ensure no bind on the shaft. Then disassembled it all and bead welded it to the support bracket. Works...

    408 Stroker parts discussion

The alternator only supplies what is asked of it. If I am drawing 100 amps from my accessories, it will only supply that amount. 200amp is the max rating of the alternator. Not what it will constantly run at. I left myself plenty of amperage for future upgrades if needed. If not, then at least...

    408 Stroker parts discussion

Haha I went a little big on the alternator. I probably could've gotten by with a 140amp but I thought the extra didn't hurt. Plus it was same price. As far as the mechanical fan, I'm trying to go with a stock look. Factory radiator hoses, factory battery cables, etc. electric fans will take away...

    TMI SEAT FOAM

Yes. I replaced mine with metal rods I bought from Home Depot. They have a metal section and I bought the thinnest 3 foot sections of metal rods they had.

    TMI SEAT FOAM

My foam looked yellowish too but it did not affect the function or firmness of the foam. The seat upholstery is a very tight fit. You have to have patience and lots of stretching. Here's a few pics of mine and finished pic. I did it all myself.

    Body Cart, Rotisserie, Jack Stands?

quick image upload I did mine on a body cart. I think it was the best choice for me. I did a one piece floor pan and both full quarters and a roof and the car seemed to sit very rigid on the carts

He is still in business. Not sure how to get in touch with him but I follow him on Facebook and he posts stuff all the time. Maybe if you sent him a message through Facebook, you would get a quicker response.

    351C Stroker / TKO 600 bellhousing question

I have looked into this myself. I am also going to run a tko600. I have a mcleod extreme street clutch kit with a hydraulic clutch setup. I will be running a 438 clevor with about 650hp and 600 ft lbs tq. I'll be using a bellhousing out of a 92 mustang 5.0. A lot of guys on fox body chat rooms...

Hey thanks Rich! I have soooo many pictures and I haven't been able to get on our desktop. It would take too long from my phone. Yes, I'm still shooting for early summer.

Need tactical advice on floor pans and subframe install.

I did subframe connectors first, then floor. Mine was on a body cart and level in the garage when I did it. Much more room to fit and weld but I'm sure not everyone does it like me. Hahaha

firewall hacked for pwr brake conversion???

Yeah man, it was a lot of work. I probably fitted and removed the floor pan about 4 times before I was ready to weld it in. I was pleasantly surprised to how well it fit in the car. Very minor trimming and many sheet metal screws. It is a dynacorn piece. It came with both seat platforms correct...

    Missing front dashboard panel

I hope the guy saved the VIN plate. It is riveted to that dash panel. If it's missing, so is the VIN plate and good luck replacing that.
