Hey Tony, my driver's door rattles only when window is all the way down. Passenger side does not. Found driver side anti-rattle sleeves are no longer there. I have not yet installed these parts, but National Parts Depot sells these. Might install them in the next couple days, I'll let you know.

I agree 71coop. I've changed my entire driveline: engine, trans, rearend, shocks, brakes. Therefor had jacks in many different locations and not once had a body flex issue. doors opened and closed like it was on the ground. No gap issues, and mine is a vert.

The dash pad comes off pretty easy. Thats how I got my fat hands in there.

A loose or misaligned neutral safety switch will basically kill everything and seem like a dead battery. There is a small alignment hole I believe it is .070" you must align the hole in the switch with the hole in the trans, on a 73'. I keep a drill bit in my glovebox.

With a 4 speed you might be able to step the cam up a notch. I just wanted a mild daily driver and I think I accomplished that. With my past experiences it's always good to start milder then go up from there. That way you can log your performance in case you need to upgrade in other places.

My 73' factory windshield/mirror location is 5-1/2" from bottom of outside trim to center of mount.

Convertible and Mach1 engine mounts are the same. 351C and 302 mounts are the same also. 351M is different beast all together, don't bother with them. I think he was saying someone previously had put a 351M in (dummy) and now he is getting a 351C put in.

I used a factory 302 bracket and extended it slightly to fit in original location.
