Part on the left is D12B-16D206-AA
Part on the right is D12B-16D206-AA. Listed on ebay ($23.00) as front inner fender access cover shield plate.
Found when cleaning the storage room. Have extras if anybody needs.

They go outboard of the headlights in the openings of the fender mounting brackets that are welded to the fenders.

Ok, now I see them in the assembly manual. If I stick my hand up in the fender I can feel one of the openings. Looks like I would have to disassemble the bucket to install. I will save that for the next owner. Thanks for finding the location for me.

Plain black plastic, they were installed after the body color was applied
