Very Very sad..I haven't been on the site much lately because I've been down in Long Island in the neighborhood where I grew up ( Woodmere. not far from long beach howard beach etc.) helping out a few families with restoration work to their homes..It's surreal..They can't even get contractors to work on their homes ..I received a call from some childhood friends asking for help..So I've been driving down everyday (160 miles round trip) with a crew doing what I can..The saddest part is the homeowners flood insurance shortchanging Not paying fairly for what really is required to put peoples homes back 100% The 2 claims I've been working on so far the insurance has only paid HALF of what the damage really is
