Same here!! Beat up...Ruffed up...But still holding my head up high and proud..heheheLOL...I have felt the way that chicken looks many timesHappy New Year!!
Less in and exercise. I lost the bulk between April and October. I reduced my caloric intake to around 1500 a day and worked out between 40 minutes to 1.5 hours a day (starting at 10 minutes and slowly building up). My daytime meals were mostly soy protein shakes and then a small dinner. I consume about 2000 calories now and still have my workouts ramped up.How did you accomplish that tremendous weight loss Jeremy? I could use some tips.
Good job!! I know its tuff to lose weight...Being active is a big deal and hard to do now days....Bad thing for me was to much soda..Use to drink them like water...Cutt back..And moderated my self better...Got out and did things...The pounds just floated away on there own...Just had to have more outdoor fun in place of my soda craves...I was a defencive tackle in high school...So i use to weight about 340 pounds..and 6'5" tall...For most of my life.....Now im down too a nice 260..And doc says im only 10 pounds away for my bone structure weight...I should'nt weight less than 250 he tells me for height and bone structure..But it is a battle..And it takes a ton of will power and time...I think everyone just has to find what works best for them..And stick too it.Less in and exercise. BTW... I have a rowing machine from Concept2 and it is the bulk of my workouts.
Not rocket science, just tired of being sick and tired.
