no gas

So I failed on the exhaust so I said hell let's fire it up. Fuel system is new even tue lines. I primed the tank at the fuel pump. Took line off the carb but no fuel was getting to it. I took off lines in both direction of fuel pump, but cannot figure why there is no gas getting to carb. I only have two gallons of gas in the tank and I am going to get more to see, who knows. Oh if that wasn't bad enough I just found out that my power steering box is leaking. Man I love hot rodding.

run a hose from a gallon jug to the fuel pump and see if she fires or not if so you will know which way to go.

WELL I GOT FUEL TO RUN FROM THE TANK TO THE PUMP, BUT THE PUMP IS NEW JUST HAVEN'T USE IT IN TWO YEARS SOOOOOOOO.....JUST MY LUCK TODAY. IT HAPPENS ALL I CAN DO IS LAUGH ABOUT IT

Power steering box leak seems to be common also, you should be able to find a rebuilt one at any local parts place, if you wish...
