Oil plug quicky

I have what I thought was a sinple question but after doing a bunch of research online im more confused then when I started.

So lets just get started. I took my car in to a new shop and had them replace the valve covers for me along with some other stuff I had not had the time to fix. They replaced the covers with some cheap ones I ok'ed. The new oil cap is a push on instead of a twist on and doesnt have a breather or vent on it. Im wondering if that is a big deal or not. I cant seem to find a push on like this one that has a breather on it.

Any advice?

Should be vented. Google push on breather cap.

Make sure you have a PCV valve in them somewhere, this allows venting when it's needed.

I have looked at ones like the one you listed tommy but I dont have a grommet on the cover. I guess there should be something that fits it. Right now im using http://www.offyparts.com/popup_image.php/pID/1005 have a pcv on the other side. Just wantes to make sure I didnt blow any seals
