These were optional on 71 -73 Cougars driver seats and bolt right into 71-73 Mustangs as they use the same seat platforms and seat bottoms. Also fit passenger side seat. It is 4 way, moves forward and back, and tilts forward and back (lets you lay back some and get better thigh support). Infinite positions, not fixed increments like manual tracks.
