Does anyone have a picture of what the screws look like. I am putting my mirrors on and I have too many screws that got mixed up during painting. Size would help. I cant find any screws that are painted the color of my car and I would have thought these would have been. THanks

Wait until you see what I did. I took the guts from a torino passenger remote mirror and put them into my passenger mirror. The cable will go to the dash next to the drivers leg so that I can control both mirrors remotely. If it works..... oh well, I can show you how I did it if it works. Lets see, remote electric trunk, intermittant wipers, remote passenger side mirror, as I said its anything but stock. And I am looking at that heated rear window glass on ebay too. LOL

Quite the mods! I'd be interested in your Torino mirror guts if it works.

Hope these pics help. If you click on them it will blow them up to full size. The screws are probably 1" to 1 1/4" long.

I checked. I do not have the screws which means the body shop lost those as well as a few other things I needed to complete this project. I guess I will have to buy some stainless replacements tomorrow.

Thanks to all of you I found the screws in the wrong bag today. I thought I had looked at the bag and I had not. Both mirrors are on and the modification of my passenger side mirror to allow the guts of the torino remote mirror was a complete success. I will have photos of the modification tommorrow evening. THe mosquitos were eating my lunch so I had to come in before I was finished. We now have a source for a passenger side remote mirror and I think I could even do better next time.

I have never done that before but I will have a word document with photos when I am done. It was easy after I found out how to remove the cables from the controller stick. That took several hours to figure out.
