Standard Door Panels

I just got my car from the paint shop and the they pretty much throw away my entire interior. I've bought the standard door panels but I need the upper part of the panel with the arrow pointing to it. By any chance does anyone know where that part can be found?

I think the first step should be asking the shop why?

Second step should be the shop paying for replacements and an install.
