I pulled out my front windows and noticed these plastic washers with inner metal washers have some of the plastic broke off. I can tell be the images in the repair manual if something rides on them. If so I would think I need to replace them. In the manual they are part number 270a58 I think. Anyone know if the plastic missing around the edge is ok?

Looks like the outside supports for the bolts that hold the slide track / regulator to the glass - if so there should be three

Something looks odd about them though - they should be studs

Although it may be 73 glass and originally had rivets

The broken plastic edges should not bother anything

Thanks for the response. I removed the rivets to get the glass in and out easier.
