We introduced the new VariShock SS shock a few months ago. People really like them. They're about the same price as you would pay for a pair of Konis but are made int he USA, lighter weight, and were tested and tuned ON muscle cars FOR muscle cars.

Right, there is not currently a TCP rack package specific to the 71-73; this is why I suggested doing a custom installation if the box doesn't work out.
This 71 has the TCP rack which was custom installed.
Since I'm spending your money, and not mine, I would upgrade the box. Then do a custom rack TCP rack install and compare the two.

We don't currently offer a rack kit specific to the 71-73 Mustangs. That being said, we have had several customers retrofit the kit from the 70 with great success. It's on our list of cool parts to make, but it's not at the top...
