    Give it the boot?

I don't boot due to the hassle. When I park the car overnight in the garage I always put the top up so it stays stretched tight. I replaced it last year and someone recommended doing that to make sure all the wrinkles etc stay out. Any thoughts on that?

    1971 351c-4v w c6 flywheel

I've done a lot of searching and it seems like the part I need is D1zz6375a but is there anyway to confirm that? Got some bad teeth and want to replace but reading lots of stories of the wrong one causing issues. I looked at it and didn't see a part number on it. Any help appreciated.

    1971 Convertible M-code

I probably messed this up but I added an attachment with the detailed report from Marti for my car. It's the one that shows your car is "x" of "y" with option "z"

    Car wont stop cranking

This is going to be a little sketchy as it's from a weak memory of when I changed out my starter. The stock was a single wire (I think) and the new had 2. I seem to recall the instructions saying that you should not use a small jumper across the solenoid to get away with running only one wire to...

    Bad Feeling

If it's low on fluid, I would definitely try to determine why. Check the lines, cylinders, etc. for leaks. When your son held the button was the motor making noise or silent?

Automatic Shifter Rebuild Kit Installation 1969-1973

Just wanted to comment on a few things. First, the video was a HUGE help, so thank you! I didn't buy the kit as I had a few pieces but I wanted a new shifter and T-handle (which I got from you). Everything went great, I just had 1 challenge. The adjustment screw on the bottom of the shifter arm...

    Back of well lilner

That's exactly what I mean , thanks! Are they screwed into the metal bracket that holds the top (has tacking strip backing) or are they drilled into the upper lip of that recessed area the tacking strip is recessed into? Pic would be great if you could.
