    Headlight upgrade question

I'm considering upgrading the headlights on my 2007 Mustang and 2002 F-250. After spending hours in the Google rabbit hole on the subject, I still can't find much results based information. It is mostly "Our's is the best!" or some , they are brighter but, focus and beam width are off. Does...

    The hood seems too warped?

It sounds nuts but, double layer of soft towels, a piece of 2" x 4", and a carefully used dead blow hammer. Minor adjustments can be made with shims under the fender at the bolt holes. It worked for me with no damage to the paint. Chuck

    Tail light cleaning/restoration

I've used 3M finesse-It machine polish (PN 05928), and a Dremel tool polishing pad(s). It is small enough to get into the crevasses. Use on slow speed and be patient. Excess polish can be removed with mild soap and water. Chuck

Hemi, Thanks for the helpful information. Rumor has it that the CJ governor has a higher shift point at WOT. Any thoughts on that? Chuck

The tag decodes as column shift on the gear selector, too bad. Chuck

Thanks for the information. I don't have the tail shaft housing off yet. I will post the tooth count when I do. On gear ratio, my guess would be 3.00 or 3.25. The car is LONG gone. I also have the engine which may be scrap, locked up hard. It has never been apart before so there may be some hope...

I was given a C6 transmission removed from a 1972 Torino 351C 4v. The case is badly broken so, I'm taking it apart to save the good bits. The tag reads PGA AF1. I believe the convertor, flex plate, governor, and servo (L) are somewhat unique to the 351CJ models. Is the valve body, or other...
