So after reading all the posts on this thread... am I to assume the seller here is just using the "Cobra Jet" term to make the car out to be something it's not...

Thanks for the responses guys! I wanted to use the air tires on the engine stand so I can push the block out to my washout area for cleaning..otherwise it would be stay indoors for the build. The crane... I think I'm going to mod it so I can move it around outside via my tractor.. I agree...

Has anyone installed pneumatic tires/wheels on an engine stand?  I anticipate use of mine on uneven surfaces and those little steel casters won't work well in my opinion..  Also I am thinking of installing them on my cherry picker.... I have looked around online and haven't found anything...

I also got a sweet Matco harmonic balancer tool..but bummed as I missed out on a nice front end suspension tool kit..

Yeah.. the press was a bonus.. now I can do my own crank work on my vintage 2 strokers ? .. but it will be handy in so many other ways..

So as a bike guy... I don't have a lot of the tools I need to start working on my project.  I'm building a shop to house the Grande and as a dedicated repair shop for it.  But I still need the tools and today I bought at a auction 3 items towards the endeavor...  A engine hoist, and engine...

It would be interesting to see the breakdown on the numbers for Spring Special cars and which colors were made...

I didn't know the Spring Special came in different colors.. I have only seen them in red.
