Had a great time today at our local Mustang Club show in Mustang Oklahoma! I was fortunate to spend time with three of our fellow members!
From the left - Jeremy (Jeremycfr), Richard (Liftmech), Chuck (C9zx) and me (Boss1ray).
Chuck took 1st in his class with his 72 Mach 1 and Jeremy took 2nd with his red 71 Mach 1.
Both nice cars.
Chuck's car is a nationally recognized MCA Gold Concourse Driven winner.
Jeremy's car is one his father bought new but Jeremy has chosen to make it more as he likes.
Richard's car is like my convertible in that it isn't ready to drive but very close. His car is a very rare 71 M code 4 speed convertible. He, like Jeremy has also chosen the slight restomod path for his car.
After the show, I got to ride in Jeremy's Mach 1 as we went over to Chuck's house. Car performs and drives well. I shot a couple of pics while we were there. Did some good visiting, aka "bench racing".
Chuck's charming wife and his youngest son both hung out with us as well. Great folks and a TOTAL BLUE OVAL FAMILY!!!
Good times!
Thanks, guys!
Hopefully, very soon we can have another get-together with both mine and Richard's convertibles in attendance.
