I did a resto-mod on my '90 Bronco last year. it also had a vibration above 60mph, in that case it was caused by a driveshaft out of balance and a completely worn out rear diff, but the real clue there was the whine that would develop at highway speed.

I'm going to order larger wheels/tires for he rear.

my issue is not the mirror glass, its the mechanism that holds the glass in position on the drivers side.

maybe the rear diff also causing vibration? I just looked at its pretty crusty, and has a decent size leak in the seal. I'm going to change the rear diff anyway, might be a full rebuild...

funny you should mention a clunk....I do get a clunk sometimes when changing speed quickly....good call. I've been thinking about that clunk....

it was a bit frustrating. i bought paper towels under the car so I could try and isolate where exactly the drips where coming from, and wiped the bottom of the reservoir and only found 30 years of grease. I'll try again today....these dang cars are so low to the ground its hard to get under...

I just put in a new steering box, and power steering hoses. the leak could be coming from anywhere. I'll see of the Lucas stuff works, otherwise I'll really have to get into it.

popped in a fuse for #2 and #3.   #2 gave me courtesy lights in both front kick panels, but no ignition key warning or lights on buzzers, maybe a relay or switch problem...  #3 gave me nothing, but I only had a 2A fuse and it calls for a 4A.  I didn't hear it blow, but I'll get some 4A
