I’ve seen on a few post here that others have used Bernstein shocks, however I can’t find a model number that fits my 71 Mach1 351-4v.(pretty much stock).  Would rather have the hydraulic type if they make them.  Koni’s would work too.    john  

So I’m replacing leaf springs (Eaton) on my 71 Mach1 (opposing shocks with swaybar) and wondering if anyone could tell me the torque specs for the shackles and front eyebolt. Eaton gives it for the u-bolts only. tia, john

wondering if anyone knows the name of a rubber piece that sets under the top of the 1/4 panel (near the windshield)? it loos like a plug to keep water out of the panel.
