Am looking for a nice original or NOS 429CJ Oil Pan and Timing Cover.  The timing cover is a c8 part number.   The timing cover I have has been welded previously and the oil pan has quite a few large dents from the inside out (guessing a rod came loose, but didn't puncture the pan.

Was cleaning up my trunk light and wiring tonight and found two daubs of paint on the light housing that are original.  Interesting that they are on both sides of the light housing.  One pink and one white daub of paint.  Never knew that had markings on it before.

Grabber Lime Restoration Update - Quarter Windows - Power. Now that summer is over, ice cream season is over for my wife and I and I can get back to working on the Grabber Lime 429 Mach 1.    This is just a quick update on the quarter windows that are power.    Got the power window motors...

Beadblasted and painted the emergency brake assembly, brake assembly, and accelerator pedal.  Installed the brackets to hold the brake pedal assembly and installed the pedals.   Sending out the brake booster to Booster Dewey to have him rebuild it. Working on painting the glove box and dash next.

Progress continues with the re-building of the AC Plenum and Blower Motor.  Found the original drain hose with Autolite still on it and the AC Plenum still has the original nipple at the bottom.  Both units installed in the car along with the Defroster duct.     Next comes the Accelerator Pedal...

A little more progress over the last 30 days.   Mirrors, weatherstrips and door rubber installed.  Door glass was cleaned and installed along with the power window motors and wiring.  That took a little time putting all that back in the doors without scratching anything!!
