So if you pay $5,200 for it then you do all the work and put another $35,000 - $40,000 in it you could sell for $25,000. You would have to get a bigger truck to do any good. Remember the 73 4 speed Q code that sold couple years back for $30,000 that had never been washed and stored in plastic bag in climate control. Had NASA hood and factory applied side stripes and about every option on the list.

The economics are just not here it is just passion.

Would be much better off to find a solid original.
