429/460 engine mounts

Hey guys and gals I need some help on my latest project. I have yet another 72 Mach1 that I am putting a 460 into, but... I do not have the frame side engine mounts. Where can I find something like this and will the mounts from a bigger 74 Lincoln fit?? Thank you all in advance

I got my mounts for a 460 at carquest.

Joe,

They should be readily available from any of the local "Parts" houses, i.e, Autozone, Carquest, O-Reilly's, etc.

Just tell them it is for a 1971 429 Mustang...that tends to keep down confusion.

I was only able to find the rubber isolator at the local big box auto parts store. I had to go elsewhere for the frame and block mounts.

I wanted to put one of my favorite trannys - 4R70W behind this big block but the darned adapter plate for the bellhousing is $800! - not happening. Going back with C6 I guess.
