71 vert no Marti yet but shipping invoice and body buck tag

I purchase the shipping invoice from Lois Eminger in the mid 90's. It seems decently optioned but I dont have any real idea. I also include a somewhat blurry pic of my body buck tag. Does  anyone know what D3 or D8 in the last line refers to? I found the tag a cupla months ago whilst unpacking my parts (after moving 3x over 20+ yrs). Should I pony up for the Marti report?

It might be the inspector's mark, some like this that don't seem to indicate an option were.

I don't know what the D3 or D8 means. Looks like a nicely equipped car, many good options!
